Hi folks,

On December 21, 2006, Eight Rivers Safe Development, Inc. filed a complaint with the WVDEP regarding the Snowshoe/Slatyfork sewer plant.

Turns out, WVDEP's response is due in 60 days, not 30 as originally thought. This is because they are a government agency. Therefore, their response is due February 21, 2007.
