From my previous post about the conditions, i am also wondering about a good place to stay up there at the Wisp. I am taking my girlfriend with me just for the night and it seems that you have to stay at least two. I found a bed and breakfast i guess it is, but its like 250 a night. Any one have any suggestions on where i could stay tonight???

Thanks,

Jeff

Try the Holiday Inn at 219N and I68. Not too far from Wisp.
Look up hotels in Deep Creek, McHenery area...I am sure many are not full tonight. And call the Wisp Resort in about an hour and I suspect that the hotel there will give you a good rate for a single night tonight...assuming they have rooms available. Just argue about the two night policy a bit, and if they have a brain in their head...one nights lodging beats no revenue for an empty room, especially when conditions are less than great.

Thanks Colonel, appreciate all your help. Being a golf pro, I can only go ride on sunday nights and ride mondays....too bad that my profession straps me in 6 days a week especially in the winter time. Thanks again,

Jeff
