Based on my own experience at going to Wisp *alot* in all sorts of conditions and looking at the conditions on their webcams, I'd say it's going to be slushy from top to bottom. Most of their trails that are open have serious base eaten away from the warm temps and running water under the melting snow. However if you are good enough to navigate a trail that is only 1/2 as wide as a full open trail, you should have a good time.

Take the time and stay there, enjoy the empty slopes and use the softer slush to learn and increase your skiing/riding skills without worrying about falling on ice/hard pack or taking out someone else.

Definitely go!
