Herb Stevens is very positive about this weekend's weather in the Mid-Atlantic:

"If you live in the mid Atlantic, a fast moving clipper system is going to lay down a fresh coating of snow tonight and tomorrow. From West Virginia down to western North Carolina, anywhere from 4 to 8 inches of snow will fall on the resorts of the southern Appalachians, and here you will find softer packed powder surface snow over the upcoming weekend. "
