Howdy folks,

New news from Eight Rivers Safe Development, Inc. They have filed a formal complaint against the WVDEP stating that the issuance of a FONSI (Finding Of No Significant Impact) "... was and is arbitrary, capricious, an abuse of discretion, and contrary to and violative of the law and rules of the State of West Virginia."
