It's official. Arapahoe Basin opened up this morning. Ski season has "officially" begun.....Is it a bad omen for the season that the first resort opened on Friday the 13th????

Yup. My brother and I will be at Loveland in a couple weeks.

Yes, that's right John, I'm finally starting to see the upside of the flatlands. Granted, it's still not as good as living in SLC or Denver, but it's a step in the right direction.Regarding Taos, the reason I'm going to Denver is related to a project we'll be doing down in New Mexico. I'm not sure if or when, but there's a reasonable chance I'll be in Albuquerque for the project sometime later this fall or in the winter. But we can talk more on PM...
ps- as you can imagine, I'm pretty creative with coming up with work reasons as to why we need to have conferences/meetings/etc in Denver/Co Springs/Albuquerque etc.
My boss, unfortunately, sees right through my supposed concern for efficiencies and effectiveness
