Was just checking out Whitetail's web cam before heading to bed, and caught this image of a snowcat driving by:
Don't think I've seen that kind of snowcat attachment in person. I guess that can be used to help evacuate a lift, change lightbulbs, etc.?
Also happy to see the snowguns firing -- Whitetail's obviously not giving up on the season yet. With another frigid cold front coming through again this weekend, looks like the ski season should keep going strong.

Is that how they service the night lighting?
Fools. That's quite obviously a catapult. People that don't get off the ski slopes before they close get lobbed toward Mercersburg. They say you can hear the screams of soaring boarders and riders for miles. It's one of the true joys of being a groomer, to use those thingies...

Ah Duh! Its so obvious! Now all I need is a heavy duty version of that [with the claw attachment of course] to drive to/from work on the Beltway. Then I could just grab and fling anyone out of my way. Oh the bliss!
If you were driving a SnowCat on the beltway, you wouldn't even need a catapult!

NOnonono, that's the thingy they use to prune the victoria's secret tree
.No I think it's just the opposite. It's what they use to pluck boarders out of the trees when they catch just a little TOO much air!!!

All wrong.. All wrong... It'the take out the trash can picker upper... sheeez do I have to do everything?
