Best bets for low air fair to Salt Lake?

Trying to pull a quick trip for me and the kids during the Jan Fairfax teacher work days. I can get airfares around 230$ for BWI, and 280$ for Dulles for 1/26 to 1/30 (living in Herdon I prefer Dulles )

Any thoughts??

Anyone else disappointed they made the workdays Fri/Mon instead of Mon/Tues for mid week skiing??

Sounds like what I paid but we wrapped up a week in a four star hotel too for about $650/person that was on travelocity I think.

Days In 93$ for me, 1 >10, 1 <10, all lift tickets, transport to the slopes and continental breakfast.

Sounds pretty good
