With all the talk coming out of PA, i had to go and hit it up WV style.
I was jonesing BIG time so we headed out at 5am for canaan. Skinned up to the top (tele) and skied down then skied all of the headwalls across the bottom till there were no clean lines left. even tried to jump the road at the bottom. that didnt go well
POWDER IN OCTOBER... it was like being in dream.
12-16 inches at the top and consitantly 12" on everything.snowed all day, no rain. skiied until we were worn out and just sat at the bottom laughing about WHAT A DAY!!

Me jealous. I guess this is the REAL benefit of learning to tele ski.

Yeah i am buying AT/telegear soon, would of been so much easier with that stuff, plus tele turns look so sweet.

I'm jealous too! If it weren't for the job and improvement work..... Anyway, I'll be out there when the lifts start turning.
