Colorado's Summit County received approximately two feet of fresh snow over the Columbus Day weekend. Summit County is the home of four noteworthy ski areas: convenient and family friendly Keystone, behemoth Breckenridge which logs around 1.5 million skier days per season, Copper Mountain and its nearly "perfect" trail layout, and Arapaho Basin with its legendary steeps. Grrr... Work has me in Nebraska getting the same rain that the mountains got as snow yesterday and the day before.... If I was anywhere near home right now, I'd be on the slopes as well!!!
