Liberty Mountain Adds Lights

Three trails at Liberty Mountain, Carroll Valley, Pa., received new lights this summer. Blue Streak, White Lightning and Heavenly trails will have the upgrading lighting when Liberty's season opens in December. The lights are part of a multi-year project to upgrade all of the lighting on the mountain, standardize all the fixtures and bury all electrical lines. Other summer upgrades at Liberty include installation of computerized snowmaking equipment and the expansion of the lodge and lanes at Boulder Ridge Snow Tubing Park.
