Snowshoe: 24 hour race around the clock

Has anyone ever participated in this? I was thinking of getting my three brothers to ski with me. How many teams usually enter? Are there more amateur or professionals? Are there a lot of snowboard teams? Seems like the trails would be crowded. What trails do they race on? What kind of prizes do they award?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I was there last year (not racing). They held it over in Silver-Creek on a designated run. As far as I could tell, it was mainly amature folks just like you and me out there!
