Holiday?

Might seem as a stupid question to some of you but I havent been able to find out; Is MLK (Jan 14,15,16,+17) actually a holiday for the homestead? Im a midweek season pass holder and I wasnt sure. I think it is but its always worth asking. Thanks in advance.
