I am looking for used skis with bindings for my sister. Preferably shaped skis between 140 and 165. I am also looking for boots for a size 8 or 8.5 women's shoe. Please email me if you have anything reasonably priced.

Age? Weight? Ability? Preferred speed? Technique (old school straight ski vs modern technique on deeply sidecut skis?)? What type of skiing does she like to do (ie, groomers, narrow NE trails, wide open bowls, bumps, park rat, etc.?), and where does she like to do it (ie, New England, mid-Atlantic, somewhere out west, PNW, Europe, etc.).

To answer your questions, my sister is 16, 5'4, approx 130 - 135 lbs. I'd say she is an intermediate skier who is used to deeply sidecut skis. We primarily ski at the local resorts around dc, but i'll be in Utah for a month so she'll be out skiing with me. (Most years we take at least 1 trip out west) A good overall ski would probably be what we're looking for since we spend time in the terrain park, on moguls, pretty much anything thats open. Thanks!

Hi Tracy - Close, but no cigar. I've got a pr of skis that are for someone considerably lighter and/or less experienced, and a pair (also in your size range) for the opposite, but unfortunately, nothing in the middle. Sorry.

I have a set of "Salomon verse 7 plate" with Salomon integrated bindings(dont remember the binding model, I'll check when I get home). Size is 160.

I bought these new at the end of last season. They've only been used one time and look new other then the few minor scuffs they got that day. I found they were too soft for me(actually, I'm way to heavy for them). I'd like to buy something else, but I must sell these first.

I have the following pairs of Stockli skis used as demos at my mountain near Allentown, either would work great for her:
2003 04 Stockli Spirit Free 150 cm with Marker Comp 1400 Speedpoint demo bindings. Skis have only 7-days use, like new condition. $380.
