Well, even the doubting Thomas in me now believes that the DC area will actually have a ski season.
A snow shower just came through northern Silver Spring and left a dusting of the lightest, driest powder you can imagine. Each flake looked like the classic, multiply branched snowflake you see in illustrations. I haven't seen snow so pretty since the last time I was in Steamboat.
Whooooo - hooooo !!!! It's true - Winter is finally here!
