6 in the laurel highlands, 2-3 down below.

7S is the only resort that after 3-4 days of very good snowmaking temps, plus six inches of snow, somehow has LESS open than they did two weeks ago.

They closed the alley which had no features, and the lost boy trail for snowmaking.

So that leaves you with wagner, about a 400' drop and the little switchback trail next to it which they named each segment as a separate trail to make it look like they have more slopes/trails.

SMH.

Yellowsnow, is that inches of new snow, or number of runs open on Friday, January 7? 🤔

In Winchester VA we received barely 0.5 “ Sunday into Monday, but today (Friday, January 7) there’s between 5 and 6 inches on the ground.

Fired up the snowblower 👍

Massanutten got 3-4 inches.  More importantly lots of snow guns on all day today.  Starting on Paradise soon!
