Got curious about ticket availability for the MLK weekend.  Mostly for Sat and Sun.  Often Mon, MLK Day, doesn't require paying holiday rates.  Pretty sure none of the ski resorts in VA or WV are using any sort of reservation system for passholders, including Indy.

Massanutten has tickets available for all three days, either 8-hour or 4-hour or night skiing.

Wintergreen is sold out for Sat, but has 8-hour tickets for Sun or Mon.

Snowshoe doesn't have any All Access tickets for any weekend thru Feb. 14.  Still has tickets for MLK Day.

Massanutten still has 4-hr and 8-hr tickets for Jan. 16-18.

No night tickets or Last Chair tickets for Sat though.  Many people staying on resort will check in on Sat.  Regulars probably want to get in a couple hours that evening.  Selling out night tickets matches up with what happened on Mon, Jan. 4, and Fri, Jan. 9, when it was clearly busier after 4:00 than it had been earlier in the day.

Just for the record, Cataloochee is sold out for Sat, Jan. 16.  No day tickets for Sun, Jan. 17 but still have some night tickets.  Cat is 100% open and has a pretty deep base.  The NC mountains are expecting some more snow in the next few days.

Cat has a note right on the homepage about days that are sold out.  No need to go hunting for the info.

Massanutten seems to be pretty much sold out for Sat-Mon, Jan. 16-18.  The e-Store is a little flaky.  Sometimes it looks like tickets are available but when you click to Buy, then a message pops up that no tickets are available.  Other times what isn't available doesn't come up at all.
