- Added ability to view past bargains on the Bargain Tracker page. The past bargains have most likely expired, but if you’re interested in seeing details of past deals (since they sometimes repeat), you can now do so.
- Added a direct link to Ski Swap event listings in the main DCSki menu. Will enable this menu item each fall for easy access to a list of upcoming equipment swaps.
August 21, 2005
- Added sunrise and sunset calculations to Weather section on DCSki home page and DCSki Weather page. Calculations are based on the region set.

- Added easier navigation to the Recent Comments page. A menu can now be used to choose between recent comments on Articles, Resorts, Q&A Entries, or Lost Ski Areas, with the content shown on separate pages vs. all on one page. This makes it easier to quickly tab between the different categories.
Nice going Scott. Onward and upwards. You have the best snowsport site in the nation. Yours, Connie
I rather have a different default weather page than Snowshoe, but even trying to manipulate my browser's "cookies" I seem stuck with Snowshoe weather. Does anyone else have this problem?
The weather problem should be fixed now.
I got in on the ground floor about 50 years ago. That was when the Wash Ski Club opened up our first ski area in a cow pasture at Davis.I recently wrote the story of Davis, for I think it should be preserved as a matter of history. When I finished I thought I would send it to some of the old timers, who were there. Well guess what? I couldn't think of a single one that is still around! So, if any of your readers would like my Davis story, if the will send their e-mail address to me (wendelallen@webtv.net) I will be glad to send them a copy.
