Starting this weekend and continuing every weekend through the end of the season, Whitetail will be giving away five season passes per weekend day. Skiers and boarders can use the back of their lift ticket as their entry form. Lucky winners will receive an unlimited pass for next season, good any time the resort is open.

The Pennsylvania resort is hoping a lot of skiers and boarders will turn out for the weekend. Three winter snow storms have passed through Whitetail in the past week, helping to boost base depth to 29-42 inches. 14 trails are open and surface conditions are currently loose granular.

Today (Friday) is West Virginia and Pennsylvania “Super State Day” at Whitetail. Residents of these two states will receive $19.99 lift tickets. The rescheduled Torchlight Parade and Fireworks Display will be held Saturday night at 9 p.m.
