Small improvements across the board will greet skiers and boarders at Alpine Mountain this season.

The Poconos resort plans to offer a higher quantity and quality of snow with an expanded snowmaking system and new snow grooming equipment.

Seeing that snow will be easier at night with improved lighting for night skiing. The snow tubing area has also been improved, with a new “Kiddie Area.”

A number of buildings are being expanded or renovated. The food service area and party rooms will see expansions. The process for checking into the Group Sales Area and Rental Shop will also be streamlined to speed through group arrivals.

New equipment, including skis, snowboards, and boots, will also be available for rental.
