The Ski Touring Section of the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club (PATC) has planned its annual cross country ski fair for next Saturday, November 7, at the PATC headquarters in Vienna, Virginia. The event will run from noon to 5 p.m.

During the fair, slide shows of cross-country ski adventures in Norway, Utah, and Colorado will be shown. New equipment will be demonstrated by Appalachian Outfitters. Attendees will be able to learn about ski touring in the Mid-Atlantic, socialize and swap equipment with fellow nordic skiers, and sign up for club trips. Visitors are asked to bring snacks or deserts to share.
