Not content with ending the season just yet, Whitetail Ski Resort plans to take advantage of the colder temperatures to make snow, and has set a goal to re-open the resort Friday morning at 8:30 a.m. with limited terrain.

Temperatures over the next several days may allow snowmaking to occur around the clock. Whitetail states that the temperatures are the best snowmaking temperatures of the season. Whitetail will be open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The resort will close next Monday and Tuesday, but plans to open again on Wednesday and stay open through March 22, conditions permitting.

Whitetail will make snow on beginner terrain and possibly intermediates Upper Angel Drop and Homerun. Check with the resort for the latest updates.
