Last weekend, the Maryland Governor’s Cup race was held at the Wisp Four Seasons Resort, and Billy Scofield, a 17-year old local, took home the trophy. The two-day event consists of a slalom and giant-slalom race. Scofield had the fastest combined times for the races, while Scott Collins and Adam Framptom followed closely behind. The winner’s name will be engraved in a trophy which is displayed year-round at the Wisp lodge.
