Whitetail is the second area resort this week to temporarily suspend operations until colder temperatures return. Whitetail will be closed Thursday and Friday. The resort may re-open for the weekend, although that seems unlikely at this time. Snowmaking temperatures may return on Sunday night, allowing area resorts to once again dust off the snowguns and try to make up for lost time.
