Pennsylvania’s Bear Creek Mountain Resort is constructing a new, 80,000 square-foot facility at the base of its slopes. Opening this fall, this new facility will include 65 new hotel rooms, additional banquet rooms, corporate meeting space, two executive board rooms, a resort spa, a full service deli, and an outdoor pool with entertainment deck.

“Bear Creek is dedicated to making improvements based on the needs of our guests, and this expansion will accommodate the growing demand for additional first-class banquet space and business meeting areas at the resort,” said Mark Schroetel, General Manager of Bear Creek.

The 65 new hotel rooms will include 32 standard rooms, 28 suites with bedrooms and living areas, four two-story loft suites, and an executive suite.

The new Woodland Ballroom will include an outdoor deck and seat up to 300 guests. The 6,000 square-foot Spa at Bear Creek will have four massage rooms, a manicure/pedicure area, a full service salon and a steam room.
