The skier boarded the lift and sat down BUT THE SEAT HAD NOT BEEN LOWERED. He slipped thru the opening, his jacket caught on the seat, came up around his neck, and he suffocated.

A similar accident happened in 2009, but that time there was no death.

I always look before it sit. I guess some people dont.
