Well I saw a Mt Davis Ski Area in the "lost ski areas" section on the site.   I found the tubing/ sled rope tow!  It must be used by the Deer Valley Camp.  It looked like it’s in useable condition.  Not sure if it's still used but it was nice to find a classic rope tow!I even gave the hill a hike and rode down it with my snowboard.   Anybody have any info on this?

South central PA I suppose...It's the highest point in PA @ 3,212'.  This ropetow isn't at the peak obviously.   But it's at around 3,000' Right Across the road from the camp here:

Any good tree skiing/riding there at Davis?

looks rather non-steep, at least where the tower and summit circle road are.  but are there open trees that hold good snow?
