Although Hidden Valley Resort won’t celebrate its activity-packed grand opening until December 15, the Pennsylvania ski area will have a “soft opening” this weekend, December 8 and 9, 2007, with limited terrain open for skiing and boarding.

From 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, Hidden Valley will open the Rambler, Rivera, and Bobcat trails, serviced by the Thunder Chair Lift and Bobcat Conveyor. Lift tickets will be $15 each day with rentals priced at $10. Hidden Valley will then close midweek, re-opening on Saturday, December 15 for its official grand opening under new ownership.
