Join us at Liberty Mountain Resort this winter season for the perfect mountain getaway! Plan an overnight stay, one-day "snowcation" or weekend getaway with the whole family. Stay in our slopeside Liberty Hotel and enjoy meals at our various eateries, including McKee's Tavern and the newly improved bakery. Enjoy skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing on our over 100 acres of skiable terrain. Our mountain includes 16 trails, 5 quad chairlifts, 3 terrain parks, and a large snow tubing hill. Our Ski and Snowboard Schools offer a wide variety of lessons and programs for all ability levels, and specialize in first timers to the sport. Unsure about skiing or snowboarding? Give snow tubing at try at the Boulder Ridge Lodge! Featuring 15 tubing lanes, a special kiddie tubing area for those ages 2-4, party rooms, an outdoor deck, and food and beverage in the beautiful lodge, Boulder Ridge Snow Tubing creates a fun winter atmosphere for everyone. During your visit, be sure to check out our latest resort upgrades - new quad chairlift on the backside of the mountain, Alpine Room redesign, new lift station area at the First Class Area quad, and the exciting addition to the terrain parks. Best of all, we've added more computerized and automated snowmaking so we will be able to make more of the fluffy white stuff faster, and more efficiently. We will be whiter and "greener" at the same time!

no way! outstanding! ok fast 20 second summary:

1) even tho a twin-tip, not a park ski; i think they gave it a kick tail to release easy, which it does.

2) good (for me) in up to 1 foot of pow; any deeper, go wider.

3) Titanal construction is not overly "heavy" and makes it good at speed.

4) I can link turn putting my inside hand down on the snow just as good as the P01's - it's the sidecut.

5) Good western ski for poking around a lot like the old Dynastar Inspireds I had but more sidecut and no upper speed limit.

6) Don't force it - like all Palmers they are not race skis. Just tip over with full body inclination. If you can turn your chest slightly into the hill so you eliminate any hip angulation. Be patient and end your turn going across the fall line.

7) Most of all have fun!!!!

56 days for me -- down from 66 last year, with the decline due to injury recovery and really bad snow conditions.

My last day was April 29 at Breckenridge where I actually enjoyed the best ski conditions of the previous 3 weeks.

Vail and Beaver Creek were disaster areas.

For keeping track of your ski days, I'm developing an application on Facebook for that. Here you also can follow your friends ski days, and add additional information like photos, videos, GPS track etc.

I hope you will try it, all feedback and suggestions on improvements are very welcomed.

You can find the application here: http://apps.facebook.com/snowlog/

An example of a ski day with GPS track and photos: http://apps.facebook.com/snowlog/view.php?day=497
