Hey looked out off my deck and could see the new Dreamcatcher Lift and terrain pretty well due to the snow ... looks like a hoot!

How long before they build a road across this lift?

What exposure (North, Northwest, etc.) are the slopes in your picture? How does snow accumulation on that side of the Canyons compare to the rest of the area?

It's pretty hard to get to, no?

Crush I'm gonna be out Jan 12-21. Planning on 2 days at The Canyons... think we'll have any luck at meeting up this time?

J-Man : Yeah it faces NE the same aspect (but not elevation) as Dutch's Draw, and the front face of 9990 ... prevailing winds will come over the ridge and probably make some nice wind deposited snow. It is slightly concave so it would fill in nicely. I think it will do well!

Z-Man : let's do it! I'll be here!

I'm glad that part of The Canyons takes some work to reach. It keeps the crowds away from one of the best sections of the mountain (that and 99-90).
