back to skiing.  Went yesterday and today to this place,  http://www.tahoexc.org/about/

it was wonderful; perfect snow, perfect weather.  It was my first experience with new knees.  Total replacements, left 5 months ago, right, 2 months ago.

”˜I love cross country.  It’s like a miracle to move over snow in a beautiful environment under your own power.  Getting the timing and rythym right is key, but so rewarding.  If you’ve only skied lift assisted, you owe it to yourself to try it.  I may spend the rest of this season working on my XC skating, which frankly, needs a lot of work.  It’s amazing to watch a good skater in action.

Congrats Denis!  Now you get to celebrate three birthdays each year, you, your left knee, and the baby of the family - your right knee.  Keep it up, you’re a role model.  But don’t hurt yourself.  We don’t want you to be a roll model:-)
