I'm not a big fan of the materials (prefer a more rustic look) in the video but love the concept

Yes, thats Shavers Lake. Not sure it's size...50 acres? Supplies drinking water also.

Not sure. That firm is doing some work for us at Mountain Lodge and one of our owners stumbled on that video.
Looks cool, I do like all the glass, even if it is a little more modern than my tastes. The music could be better, too.
