Lookin like we could get some turns in this weekend (11/20/2016) on the hills.

Latest Euro has 15 inches plus for Canaan Sunday into Monday but U.S. GFS has only 3 inches.  Intellicast is sticking their necks out with 5-8 saturday and 5-8 sunday, a few of us will be at the ready to take part don't you worry!

---- Maybe we can keep this thread clean of random banter throughout the season (doubtful, but hopefully!) and just keep it to current short term forecasts and current conditions? ----

Just posted in another thread - keeping an eye on this for sure. You guys wouldn't mind someone trudging up the hill in his alpine gear, would you?

11" in Canaan from this first round of lake-effect for the season, high winds in the open areas as usual with lake-effect.

Medium body, dry powder...skied fantastic. It was like skiers homecoming at White Grass yesterday, everyone excited to be out skiing in great conditions for the first snow of the season! (pics on their site)
