I have never been to Blue Knob before, and I am debating whether or not to take a trip this Saturday from the Pittsburgh area. I was wondering if anyone knew how much terrain they had open? Specifically, the "expert" terrain on the lower mountian

I they now have Lower High Hopes open according the the snow report which is key. They are making snow on the Stembogan trail segments now from what I understand. I would wait until they get that one open before making the trip down. To get me to come from Columbus, they need to get Extrovert open. All of the other lower mountain expert runs and all glades are natural snow only. When those are open you can't sit around. You have to get it! 

I'll be watching things closely over the next week. If Extrovert gets open for MLK weekend I will most likely head to BK. If not things get complicated and I may go to Timberline depending on what they get open.
