Best route from Fredericksburg to Snowshoe

Hi all,

I know the best route from DC, but live in Fredericksburg now. Someone (not on this forum) suggesed this one to me:

3W to 20S to 33W through Harrisonburg (I use 3W to 29S to 230W to 33W when going to Massanutten)

Hwy 28S to 1 mile past Greenbank (Local Hwy 66W)

66W through Cass and the back way to Snowshoe

Any thoughts? Google wants to go 3/231/I-64/250/92/66W through Cass and the back way to Snowshoe
