Liberty Mountain Resort, Pennsylvania: Beginning January 4, 2012, every Wednesday through the end of the ski season, college students (with valid ID) can purchase a $35 4-hour flex (day) or night (5-10 pm) lift ticket. Rental equipment is included free if required. A Learn to Ski or Snowboard Package (including beginner area lift ticket, rentals, and a beginner lesson) will also be $35 on College Days. On Mondays, if you bring a non-perishable food item, you will receive a $15 lift ticket. On Tuesdays, residents of local counties (Tucker, Randolph, Barbour, Grant, Pendleton, Preston, and Garrett) can purchase $15 lift tickets, $20 lift/ski rentals, and $30 lift/snowboard rentals. On Wednesdays, if you buy one lift ticket at the regular rate, you’ll receive one of equal or lesser value free. On Thursdays, military, firefighters, EMS, or police officers with valid ID can receive $20 lift tickets, $40 lift/ski rentals, and $50 lift/snowboard rentals. Massanutten Resort, Virginia: Beginning January 3, 2012, Massanutten is offering tubing specials on different days of the week. On Tuesdays, Massanutten will offer “Tubing for Two” with $10 per person tubing.
